Our organic cayenne oil may stimulate hair growth by increasing blood circulation. After washing your beard massage several drops of the beard oil into your jawline. Be mindful that the oil may radiate heat due to the capsaicin in the cayenne.
7. How should I use and prepare the fenugreek seeds?
Fenugreek water
1 tablespoon spoon organic fenugreek seed
1 cup water
Rinse fenugreek seeds. Add fenugreek seeds to water. Let sit overnight for 6 to 8 hours. Add honey as a sweetener or drink unsweetened.
Fenugreek oil
1 cup olive oil (may substitute with oil of choice)
2 tablespoons sprouted fenugreek powder
Add fenugreek seed and oil into a saucepan (May use a double boiler as an alternative method). Heat oil and powder on low for 25 to 35 minutes stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool. Drain oil with a cheesecloth into a container of choice. Store in refrigerator to preserve freshness.
Fenugreek Sprouts
3 tablespoons fenugreek seeds
4 cups water
Add fenugreek seeds to water. Allow seeds to soak overnight for 6 to 8 hours. Remove seeds and spread them on a sprouting tray, in a sprouting jar, or in a drainable container. Cover seeds and place them in a cool, dry, dark area. Spray seeds with water at least 3 times per day. Do not allow seeds to dry out. Seeds will sprout exceptionally within 3 to 4 days. Add sprouts to salads, vegetable stir-fry, smoothies, or roast dishes. Refrigerate sprouts to maintain freshness. You may also use a sprouting kit to sprout the seeds.
Fenugreek seeds may also be used to prepare your own fenugreek hair conditioners, hair masks, and face masks.
8. How should I use and prepare the fenugreek tea?
Our organic fenugreek tea can be prepared by placing the tea bag in a cup of boiling water and allowing the tea to brew for 3 to 5 minutes before drinking.
9. How should I use the sprouted fenugreek powder?
Our sprouted fenugreek powder may be used as a spice in dishes or sprinkled over meals like oatmeal in the morning. The powder may also be used to prepare your own natural hair and skin care products.

11. How should I use and prepare the lemon and lemon ginger drink mix?
Our fenugreek lemon drink mix may be added to your smoothies, hot teas, or healthy protein shakes. You may also add the drink mix to a cup of water or juice to enjoy. Be sure to stir the drink mix thoroughly as please note, that fenugreek is not water-soluble. A light sediment may be left in your water or juice even after stirring. Remember, a small amount goes a long way. This means 1 scoop of the drink mix is just enough to add fenugreek to your daily diet.
12. How should I use the fenugreek face mask?
Our organic fenugreek face mask is shown to be anti-inflammatory. Mix a spoonful of face mask powder in a small bowl with 2 to 3 spoonfuls of water. The mix should make a paste that is consistent with your preference. Spread the mix on your full face or spread the mix over areas on your face where you want to relieve inflammation. Allow the face mask to settle and dry on your face. Then wash your face with water to remove the fenugreek face mask.
13. How should I use the fenugreek-infused shea butter?
Our fenugreek-infused shea butter may stimulate growth on the edges of your hair and or spot-treat specific areas of hair thinning.
14. How should I use the end-care cream?
Our coconut oil-infused shea butter end care cream may be applied to the ends of wet or dry hair to reduce split ends. Apply this butter before styling hair.
