Been using this consistently after I wash/condition my hair. It’s the first step I do before I add any other product. Hair stylist said my ends looked better when it was time for my next trim. Matter of fact , instead of her saying I need a trim, she asked me did I want a trim. Assuming , that I prob could have went longer than my usual 8 weeks (my hair is fine and breaks easily) . I’m try to stretch out my trim to 12 weeks and see what she says at next trim. I’ll update .
Never received the products. I sent 2 emails in regards to the shipment and have yet to get a response, not have I been refunded the money I spent on the hair oils ordered. I'm sure they would have been great products to use had I received them.

I have been taking these capsules for about two years and I must say they work. Of course, you must be consistent and follow up with a hair regimen. I have waist length hair, clear skin and I can say fenugreek has played a major role in my success.
These spots were practically bald but asyou can see they are filling in. I’ve actually been using this product about a month. Started with the powder and then ordered the capsules. I take both daily. I am happy to report that after having NO edges/temples for many years, and having tried 5 rounds of PRP injections to no avail. I have fuzzy hair growing now where the trichologist said I would never grow hair again. This sprouted fenugreek product WORKS PERIODT!
